Trunk or Treat Volunteer Sign-Up
We can’t do this without you! Here’s how you can help:
- Bring a Trunk: Sign up to bring your decorated trunk. Please have it set up and ready by 3:45 pm.
- Hotdog & S’more Station: This is more about supervision than serving! You’ll be a friendly presence as families grab hotdogs (already wrapped) and roast s’mores.
- Set-Up Crew (Hotdogs & S’mores): Help us put out water, set up a few tables, and lay out the s’more supplies before the fun begins.
- Set up parking lot barriers. We cordon off part of our lot to keep children contained and to provide separation from vehicles.
- Bathroom & Front Desk Greeters: Be a welcoming face! Help direct folks to the restrooms.
