We need lots of help to make the Gingerbread Extravaganza a success!
Gingerbread House Movers/Set Up: Help move the houses from the 2nd floor to the Gym and set them out. Please arrive by 4PM.
Kitchen Crew: Put tablecloths on tables, get drinks ready, put out boxed meals. Please arrive by 4PM.
Decorating Supply Set Up: Fill trays with decorations and place them on tables. Please arrive by 4:30PM.
Decorating Supply Table: Make sure the Decorating Supply Table is stocked. Two shifts: 5:45-6:30PM and 6:30-7:30PM.
Gingerbread House Table: Help guests choose their house and hand out icing. Two shifts: 5:45-6:30PM and 6:30-7PM.
Greeters: Welcome guests and invite them to grab a boxed meal and a Gingerbread House. Two shifts: 5:45-6:30PM and 6:30-7PM.
Garbage/Recycling: Roam the gym with carts for recycling and trash cans on wheels to pick up garbage and recycling that has accumulated. Please begin by 7PM.
Clean Up: Stay after the event is over to help clean up, tear down tables and chairs, and reset the Gym. Please begin around 7:30PM.
