Togetherness
Worshiping God, Following Jesus, Loving you, and serving all doesn't happen alone on a purely individual basis. It's done together in groups and teams.
Calvary has lots of opportunities to connect with other adults in similar age ranges, life stages, and even geographic locations.
We want to help you find a way to connect and be connected.

Connection
Groups
"Being in a connection group has helped me stay grounded. It's nice to sit with a group and share life's struggles and joys. I love digging into scripture that is going to be preached on the following week. There is nothing more comforting than being with my church family." - Lane
What is a Connection Group?
A small group that meets weekly to walk through life together. Meetings last about an hour and include a check-in, a review of the topic, and guided discussions. Each group is a little different, but all journey together to become disciples of Jesus Christ.
Is there "Homework"?
There's no homework, but your group will receive a page of reflection questions about the scripture text for your group time. Information is sent out in advance to encourage study and reflection on the text, leading to deeper engagement during worship.
What kind of commitment is there?
New groups form in the fall. Groups take a break during holidays and the summer, so you're only agreeing to an hour a week for what closely resembles a school year. Groups can add people mid-year if they have capacity, but we try to keep groups from 6-12 people.
