Q. How do I schedule a room for a meeting?
A. Don Birdwell has forms in the acrylic box outside his office for you to fill out.  Make sure that any equipment or specific room set up you need is noted on the form.  You can email Don by clicking here.

Q. What are your office hours?
A.

Offical office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays.  After office hours, an automated answering system allows you to leave a voice message for any staff person.

Q. When and what worship services are offered at Calvary United Methodist Church?

CalvaryConnection is a non-traditional worship service that incorporates the use of video, drama, and music led by a Praise Team of singers, guitar players, drums and keyboard. Our worship is informal--allowing for casual dress and interaction among the congregants—yet we strive to create an authentic worship experience. We also value ancient worship practices like The Lord’s Prayer and monthly Communion.

CalvaryConnection is a worship experience that strives to connect people with God and with one another. Our aim is to create an atmosphere where all who worship will experience the presence of the Holy Spirit and will gain a deeper insight into God’s Word as it is shared in singing, in preaching, in drama and in visual ways.

Q. Do you provide childcare?
A. Child care is provided during Sunday morning and evening and on Wednesday evenings. Childcare for special events is on an event to event basis. Check the events page to see if childcare is provided for the event you are interested in attending.

Q. Where can I leave information for someone at church?
A. Staff members have acrylic boxes attached to the wall besides their office doors.  All chairs of committees have a mailbox located down the left hallway when you come into the office wing.  You may also contact Betsy at 615-297-7562.

Q. How do I schedule a baptism or a wedding?
A. Contact Betsy Collum at 297-7562, ext. 108.

Q. Do you allow non-member weddings?
A. Currently, we do not offer non-member weddings.  Please click here for more questions regarding weddings.
